Privacy Policy
Sudoku AZ is a free browser game, and we keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and understand how it is used.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses or any personal details in order to let you play. The puzzles you solve, your statistics and your settings are stored locally in your own browser, using local storage, on your device. That data stays on your device — it is not uploaded to us and we cannot read it.
Analytics and cookies
To understand how many people visit and which games are popular, we use Google Analytics. It sets cookies and collects aggregated, largely anonymised information such as the pages you view, your approximate region, and the type of device and browser you use. We use this only to improve the site. You can block these cookies through your browser settings or with Google's opt-out tools, and the games will still work normally.
How your information is used
Local data is used only to remember your progress and preferences between sessions. Analytics data is used only in aggregate, to see how the site is performing. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except as required to run Google Analytics.
Your choices
You can clear the site's saved data at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which resets your games, statistics and settings. You can opt out of analytics as described above.
Children
Sudoku AZ is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Any changes will appear on this page.
